A tear-open mailer with a fitted corrugated interior.
This kraft brown mailer combines an attached folding lid, folded side walls and a peel-and-seal closure. A tear strip along the opening edge creates a defined opening path after the box has been sealed.
Inside, a removable corrugated insert folds into supports around a central product opening. The photographed cylindrical sample shows how the insert locates a product within the box. The box and insert can be adapted for a fragrance packaging project; the container or contents are not included.

The closure has a removable release liner over an adhesive strip. After sealing, the tear strip provides an opening route along the lid edge. Adhesive type, strip placement and opening performance are confirmed with the final sample.
The folded insert can be developed around the actual product shape, dimensions and packed weight. The cylindrical sample illustrates the fit of this reference only; it does not establish a standard bottle or jar capacity. Containers and contents are not included.
