Background
Zaizai Books and Sun Yibing needed a reusable presentation box with an intentionally direct construction. Natural greyboard, dense screen printing and right-angle staples define the result.
A Reusable Lid-and-Base Form
The 1.0mm greyboard structure gives the box a firm profile and simple storage function. Lid and base separate cleanly, allowing the packaging to remain useful after the original contents are removed.
Straight walls and close-fitting proportions give the raw board a controlled appearance.
Screen Print and Right-Angle Staples
Spot-colour screen printing lays down dense, abrasion-resistant ink. Imported right-angle staples hold the corners at a precise 90 degrees and become a visible part of the construction.
Printing and binding are both selected for durability and graphic clarity.
Finished Packaging
The completed box feels minimal yet highly specific. Its exposed material and engineered corners create a strong object for books, editions and cultural products.
