Background
A lifestyle gift set needed a presentation box with the feel of a rigid pack but without the storage and shipping volume. The answer uses two flat components that assemble by hand.
Two Pieces, Simple Assembly
The cover and inner tray arrive flat and follow prepared score lines into shape. No specialist equipment is required for assembly, making packing straightforward and transport efficient.
The fold-flat structure reduces volume before the box reaches the packing line.
Warm Grey Outside, Black Inside
Natural greyboard is paired with black card to create a clear tonal contrast. Fine black stamping and clean creases bring precision to the otherwise raw material palette.
The dark interior adds depth at the moment the box opens.
Finished Packaging
Once assembled, the box feels substantial and composed. Its material contrast and restrained graphics create a premium impression without a conventional rigid-box build.
